These general terms and conditions of sale ("Terms") constitute a distance selling contract defining the rights and obligations of EL KANTARA and the Customer in the context of the sale of products listed on the Site.
They apply to purchases made by consumers (natural persons acting for purposes that do not fall within the scope of commercial, industrial, artisanal, liberal or agricultural activity) via the Site.
Sales and deliveries can be made in France, Europe and the rest of the world (excluding unavailable countries or those subject to restrictions).
EL KANTARA may modify the Terms at any time. Modified Terms apply to orders placed after they are posted online.

All content on the Site (illustrations, texts, trademarks, images, videos) is the property of EL KANTARA or its rights holders. Any total or partial reproduction is prohibited without prior written authorization.
Products are presented in a way that allows the consumer to know their essential characteristics (technical descriptions, illustrative photographs). Visuals are not contractual.
Products offered are new and offered within the limits of available stocks and supply possibilities.
In case of unavailability during preparation, EL KANTARA informs the Customer by email and allows cancellation of the item.
The Customer declares having the capacity to contract (legal majority, absence of guardianship/curatorship). They undertake to provide accurate and complete data during account creation and ordering.
Receipt by EL KANTARA of the order and its payment formalizes the distance sales contract.
Prices are indicated in euros including tax (excluding transport costs). The total price due is displayed before final validation.
Orders are payable in cash in euros. Amounts paid do not constitute deposits or down payments.
EL KANTARA retains ownership of products until full payment.
Deliveries can be made in metropolitan France, overseas departments and territories, Europe and the rest of the world (subject to country eligibility and acceptance by EL KANTARA).
Delivery is deemed effective upon delivery of the package by the carrier to the Customer. Risks are then transferred to the Customer.
Upon receipt, it is up to the Customer to verify the condition of packages/products and quantities.
In case of damage, shortage, deterioration, delay or dispute:
The Customer must formulate clear and precise reservations on the delivery note, then confirm them to the carrier by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within 3 days.
EL KANTARA is not responsible for delivery delays/defects due to Customer fault, force majeure or external events.
EL KANTARA is liable for conformity defects and hidden defects.
Legal warranty of conformity: the consumer has 2 years from delivery of the goods to act.
Warranty against hidden defects: the Customer can choose between resolution of the sale or a price reduction.
In accordance with articles L.221-18 and following of the Consumer Code, the Customer has 14 days from receipt of the goods to exercise their right of withdrawal.
The Customer notifies their decision by an unambiguous statement (email or registered letter) or using the standard form.
EL KANTARA refunds within 14 days following information of the withdrawal decision.
EL KANTARA, as data controller, collects and processes personal data for order execution, customer relationship management, and preservation of its interests.
The Customer has rights of access, rectification, erasure, limitation, opposition and portability.
Data is retained for the duration necessary for the pursued purposes and compliance with legal obligations.
In case of unresolved dispute, the Customer is informed of the possibility of resorting to consumer mediation.
